All of our courses are followed up by am exam. The length of the exam is dependent on the course. The majority being ten questions or less. Once completed the employee will receive a certificate of completion. We will drip feed training weekly for current employees, ensuring that content is taken in. Weekly briefing questions sent out to managers to ask employees throughout the week. Monthly on site spot checks
